Action Track Chair Availabilty

Once your request is approved you must complete our Reservation Form and submit it to reserve the use of our Track Chair and Trailer for up to 4 days, unless special circumstances requiring a longer time are approved by the chairman or committee.
We may limit rentals to less than 4 days at certain times of the year due to heavy use or hunting seasons. A printed copy of the Reservation Form and a Release of Liability and Hold Harmless agreement must be fully completed and signed by the user, adult assistant, guardian, or parent, and brought to the Hudson Rod & Gun Club when picking up the chair. We will also need to see your proof of insurance, registration and drivers license for the towing vehicle.

The Track Chair is available at the Hudson Rod, Gun & Archery
Club (you do not have to be a club member) for persons with Mobility Disabilities at no cost. Check our calendar for available dates, Then complete the form below to request a reservation.
Rules and conditions for the use of this machine include the following:
The person's Weight Limit per Manufacture is 300 lbs, Only 1 person may ride on Track Chair when in use. You shall agree that at all times of use, there must be a NON-HANDICAP ADULT [over age 25] ASSISTANT, GUARDIAN, or PARENT, in contact and available to assist at all times. You shall agree that any careless use of the machine and damage to the machine will be paid for by the user and/or assistant, guardian, or parent. You shall agree to read the “Manufacture Operating Instructions”, supplied with the machine
Pickup and return times are as follows**
April 15th to Sept. 6th - Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 4pm
Sept. 8th to April 14th - Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm

Notice: Under s. NR 45.05(3)(d), Wis. Adm. Code, the Department of Natural Resources may authorize by permit persons with mobility disabilities to use a mobility device as a mode of personal conveyance on lands owned or managed by the department. To apply for a permit, complete and submit the Mobility Device Access Application and provide proof of disability to the property manager or the property you intend to acess. You are encouraged to contact the property manager to discuss your application prior to submitting the form.
